How do I send you pictures for a pet portrait?

Once you've filled out the commission order form I will contact you via text where you can send all the reference photos your heart desires!

How many pets can I have in one portrait?

It depends on the size. Typically I do not allow for multiple subjects in a 5"x7". Two subjects fit wonderfully in an 11"x14" or larger, but can be accommodated in an 8"x10". There is a $90 upcharge for each additional subject.

Can I split up my payment for a custom portrait?

Commissions above $500 can be made in installments: 50% upfront at booking and 50% upon completion before it is shipped. Commissions under $500 must be paid in full at booking.

How long will it take to receive my custom portrait?

Depending on the orders placed before you, the time can vary. Generally from start to finish, I allow for a week per commission and then it will be mailed out via USPS with insurance directly after completion. This will be communicated during the entire process and you will be provided a tracking number, so you will always be up to date.

Limited Edition prints and Originals

How long will it take to receive my limited edition print?

Allow 2-3 weeks from the time of payment to receive your limited edition print.

What material do you use for limited edition prints?

Limited edition prints are Giclee printed on 100% cotton fine art paper with archival inks.

Return/Refund & Shipping policy

What is your refund/return policy?

All purchases are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

What happens if my portrait arrives damaged?

If you have a portrait that arrives damaged please email me at ivylaneportraitsco@gmail.com or text me! I will help with this situation.

How do you package your portraits?

Portrait sizes 11"x14" and under will be shipped in a sturdy packing envelope. Larger portraits will arrive in a packing tube.

What is your shipping policy?

Custom Portrait Shipping with insurance: $10 flat rate or $15 for 11"x14" and up
